SCIENCE BIOGRAPHY

I’m a speech-language pathologist and Ph.D. student in the Communication and Memory Lab.  I’m interested in characterizing individual cognitive-communication profiles for people with traumatic brain injury and using those differences to predict outcomes and target our interventions. Many of my current projects focus on the interactions between systems (e.g., memory, language, sleep) in producing real-world behavior and functional outcomes.

NON-SCIENCE BIOGRAPHY

I grew up on the coast and love the ocean, but I'm grateful to call Nashville home (especially for great food, music, and community).  I enjoy spending time outside (usually with my dog, Artie), learning new things (reading and podcasts), cooking, and traveling to new places.
